We do not offer free shipping. All orders will incur shipping charges based on the size, weight, destination, and required handling.

Before delivery, please ensure the access route (driveway, sidewalks, gates) can accommodate large trucks and forklift or crane if needed.

If the delivery crew cannot complete the drop-off due to insufficient access, the buyer may incur additional re-delivery or handling fees.

Please inspect the shipment in front of the delivery personnel and note any visible damage or missing pieces on the delivery receipt.
